About Lotus Restaurant

Historically Barangaroo was the house of the Gadigal people, traditional owners of this property. Aboriginal people made campsites situated near the coast particularly during summer when shellfish and fish were the basic diet.

Lotus Dining has established camp at Barangaroo on Wulugul Walk. The group headed by Jessica Guo, look forward to inviting you to Lotus Barangaroo to get a memorable harbour side encounter.

Lotus Head Chef Brendon Cheng will keep the tradition of their first custodians with a solid seafood concentrated menu. The menu utilizes China’s abundant history of meals with inspiration which dates back to the Ming Dynasty. Lotus Barangaroo delivers live fish and fish along with the primary menu. Our dumpling master Benny will produce dumplings using create that’s indigenous to the local sea and land.
