About Co-Op Dining

Co-Op Dining with the intent of providing our guests with an chance to undergo a regional degustation menu, even in contemporary environment with a non judgmental atmosphere. The menus are based on 5 or 10 classes with the emphasis on rampant foraged foods and create from Western Australian, enthusiastic, responsible farmers and small family run providers.

All produce is renewable, organic or biodynamic and can be superior quality. We don’t cut prices with large industrial organizations to reduce our food expenses, meaning that the manufacturers get the price for their produce they deserve. We’re constantly on the lookout for new create and do our very best to market the excellent food culture from Western Australia.
