Can I reserve a booking date?

Yes, you can reserve a booking date up to 2 weeks. If we receive another inquiry for that same date you are holding, you will be contacted, giving you the first option.

How do I confirm a booking?

A 10% deposit is required within 14 days of placing a date on hold, followed by a 50% payment 3 months prior to date. Final payments are to be made 5 days prior to your wedding date. If the reservation is cancelled less than 6 months before the date booked, the deposit will not be refunded.

Can I make changes to my menu?

We are able to make changes to suit your style & preferences. Certain changes can incur an additional cost. Additional platters or canapés can be added to your menu.

What if I have dietary requirements?

Special dietary requirements can be catered for.

Can I bring my own caterer?

With the exception of cakes, no outside catering is permitted within the venue.

What is your capacity?

We can sit down with dance floor, for 150 people or sit down without dance floor, for 170 people. We also can cater for stand up Cocktail parties up to 250 people. Marquee options are also available for larger bookings.
