About Saffron Mordialloc Restaurant
At the age of 20, Peter (Pitambar Sapkota) began his culinary career. He traveled extensively around India, Nepal, Hong Kong, Japan, Thailand, and Australia throughout the years to perfect his culinary abilities. He eventually opened his own restaurant in Beaumaris in 2010, and it soon gained notoriety and became a favorite among locals looking for a place to eat, get takeout, or have a drink.
